I can’t access my account! – How to reset your password
To reset your password, launch the Newday Care app. On the login page, enter your username or the email address associated with your account. Then tap on “Forgot password” and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to create a password of 8 characters or more.
Can I use the app offline?
All content (tools, quotes, library) is not available offline, when your phone, computer or tablet is out of network converture.
Can I use Newday Care App on multiple devices?
You can absolutely access your Newday Care account on multiple mobile devices (phones, computers or tablets).
Once you have created a Newday Care account on one device, just make sure you are logged in with the same email address on your additional device(s).
I can’t see some content or my app isn’t working properly. What are the troubleshooting steps?
We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with the app! We will list some tricks to try below:
If you haven’t already, try logging out and quitting the app, then relaunch it and log back in.
Check your internet connection. We recommend a strong wifi or cellular connection.
If you still have problems, contact our support team.

We are a small support team of people who enjoy answering questions, solving problems, and guiding you through the Newday Care social performance app and website.

We believe email is the most effective way for us to help you for the following reasons:
- We can provide you with step guides step by step as well as links to guide you in the right direction.
- We frequently ask you to send screenshots to help us to see what you see.
- We usually need your email address to respond to your questions.
- We can get to the bottom of your questions and investigate your account without you put on hold.

My session stopped working halfway through
This problem is often caused by a brief interruption in the Internet connection. Try quitting and restarting the Newday Care person development app while making sure your internet connection is strong, as this may fix the problem.
Reset progress on sequential tests
You can reset your progress in each of the tools made available in the quality of life improvement application at work or in one’s personal life, Newday Care, by clicking on the “start over” button.
We currently don’t have a way to reset global progress for all of our tools and we apologize for the inconvenience. We recognize that this is a must-have feature and want to make it available soon.
I can’t switch to the next tool
Even if the tests of the Newday Care application are arranged in an order of increasing difficulty of answer, you are free to use each of the tests in the order that suits you best and, above all, as many times as you wish.
