The genesis of Newday Care
Behind every innovation lies a strong conviction.
Rudy Charlery’s conviction is that well-being at work is not an option, but a strategic lever for performance and engagement.
With a PhD in aerospace, Rudy has built his career in demanding fields—space, military, luxury watchmaking in Switzerland, and then construction. These rich and international experiences revealed a paradox to him: despite the importance of human talent, management tools adapted to well-being and motivation remained largely insufficient.
It was from this conviction that Newday Care was born.
